Interdisciplinary & multicultural

UNIMOS multidisciplinary and multilingual team is specialized in clustering, cross-sectoral and supranational cooperation with +13 years of experience in international programmes and projects (overall budget + €20M euro).

Our team and associates have been working in several EU projects funded from Structural Funds 2007-2013, INTERREG IVC, 7FP, Central Europe acting as a project director, coordinator of international cooperation, external expert, cluster manager, business science animator, among others with regional and national governments, international organizations, business associations, clusters, innovation networks and scientific institutions.

We design, orquestrate cross-sectoral consortia and implement collaborative programmes between business, science, administration and network organizations in the field of innovations, clusters, internationalization and international cooperation.

Since its creation in 2015, UNIMOS has executed several own projects, closely collaborating with regional governments in the field of shaping smart specialisation strategies (RIS3) and co-creating R&D agendas

Circular building materials made from PHA biopolymers for applications in construction, automotive, and furniture industries.

Support for startups through matchmaking with investors and partners in the advanced technology and digitalization sector, as well as mentoring sessions.

BEAGLE

Industry-academia collaboration in discovering new market niches in the spirit of the Blue Ocean Strategy.

ROSETTA

Innovation networking and pilots reducing food waste related to marketing standards.

PRECIOUS

Food waste prevention strategies from a systemic and multidimensional perspective.

DIGICLUSTERS (ESCP-S3)

DIGICLUSTERS is aimed at speeding up industrial modernization of agrofood and packaging sectors towards Industry 4.0 and digital transformation by Cluster-facilitated X0Industry Hackathons.

INTERNEXUS+

Aimed at boosting internationalization, fostering network cooperation and creating international alliances between European and Latin American business, clusters and scientific institutions

INTERCLUSTER+

Aimed at streghtening cross-cluster and cross-sectoral cooperation between Mediterranean, Central and Baltic Europe, as well as involvement in H2020 and COSME projects

INNO+

Aimed at boosting cooperation between cluster members by combining existing capabilities, building mutual trust and unique interrelations needed to create new business, as well as stimulating partnerships to create value-added products

INTER+

Focused on building sectoral and cross-sectoral links to create international cooperation network, preparing cluster members for the internationali-sation process, joint export promotion and participation in international R&D project consortia

FOOD+

Pilot project aimed at involving local food producers and small business to cooperate in creating and promoting regional food at national level, as well as creating new interlinks with HoReCa sector (Hotels/Restaurants/Catering) to boost sales, innovations and opening new markets.

EXPO+

Implemented with the goal of promoting regional food at the national level and using e-social media through innovative approach that connected show-cooking based on collective competences, networking activities and masterclasses

EXCELENCIA+

Aimed at improving the cluster management throught European Secretariat for Cluster Analysis (ESCA) benchmarking proces that ended with the award of Bronze Labelling Cluster Excellence that certifies quality management of the cluster.

STARTUP+

Designed to boost entrepreneurship and new startups through intensive hands-on course where students design and test new business concepts that address real-world needs of agro-food, health and connected sectors

agroBRIDGES

agroBRIDGES aims to build bridges between producers and consumers, empowering farmers with practical knowledge and support to rebalance their market position through new business models based on Short Food Supply Chains (SFSC).

FOOD FUSION LAB

Pilot project aimed at pairing regional cuisine with global fusion and boosting cross culinary mergers to adopt the roots to promote the unconquered and unexplored menus (inspiring collective innovations)

AUMENTA

AUMENTA is project aimed at network international expansion of European clusters and SMEs to Morocco, Georgia and Uruguay in field of emerging industries: Food 4.0., Industry 4.0 applied to agrofood industry and Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG 4.0).
